Sara Scherbakov-Coutts

Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner

Sara is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner. She combines the power of healing mind and body alongside nutrition education to help clients achieve optimal health.

Meeting clients where they are in their own unique health journey, Sara tailors health programs to an individual’s specific needs. She believes that in providing the right knowledge, tools and support, clients will feel empowered to achieve their goals and heal their bodies naturally.

Sara’s passion for health and well-being started during her studies in psychology at Simon Fraser University. Soon after graduating she experienced a host of digestive issues that left her feeling lost, anxious and and exhausted. After pursuing many natural therapies she was able to discover a path to healing through holistic health.

Sara attended the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and graduated with First Class Honours, motivated by her own health journey to help clients heal their bodies naturally and get them back to feeling like themselves.
